If possible get the Form 1 printed on both side of paper (and print page 1 and 2 only for Form 1), and Form 2 can be printed on back side of used paper also (Please fill the Form 2 in block / capital letters and clearly).

Instructions

Now please follow the instructions below to fill up / furnish the form in correct manner. Please remember do not over write, do not dirty, do not do any kind of mistakes and overwriting the mistakes, and always use black ink pen while filling up the form.

In case you have made any mistakes, please use a new form and fill it, it is better to fill a new form than rejection.

Now follow the demo PDF’s as mentioned below for filling up Form 1. In Form 1 you do not have to write any thing except the signature section. (we will fill up the form with your data to avoid mistakes, hence do not fill up any thing on the form except signatures).

Remember not to overwrite or touch the lines of the box while doing signature. Your signature must remain in between the box.

If you are done with Form 1 then fill up the Form 2 with black pen in capital letters.

If you have finished furnishing all the documents, you may make payment through this link. We will not process your form until you have made payment to us.

Now staple all your documents, forms and send it through courier or speed post to us.

It takes about minimum 20 days to get the PAN Status on Internet and approx 1 month it reaches to your mailing address. You may always check the PAN Status through the link mentioned below or link mentioned on the right side.
