We all are habituated of using tooth brush, but have you ever realized that sometimes we might be putting extra pressure while brushing and that leads to oral injuries.
This is because while brushing we use our tooth brush, like this as shown in the below image.
If we modify the posture and hold the tooth brush with only two fingers on the neck of the tooth brush, it creates almost exact comfortable pressure while brushing. like this as shown in the below image.
Tip : Brushing with toothbrush is necessary but using bare finger for brushing is good for tooth and gums. It also cures many ailments naturally, specially sensitive tooth as experienced by me.
